Punk 4 The Homeless – Girls Are Loud

Girls Are Loud (a day of female fronted acts)

Begins at 3.30

A day of female fronted acts in solidarity with the girls from Hope Orphanage in Sierra Leone.
Plus a vegan meal, raffle, merch stall etc.

Peoples Kitchen/Vegan meal for Saturday April 30th is butterbean, za’atar and roasted pepper pie, salad and potatoes followed by rhubarb and custard streusel cake. Lovingly cooked by Hannah Bigger.

Food at 7pm.

Gig starts at 3 and is a “Girls Are Loud” special with all acts being female fronted….

Punk 4 The Homeless

Any plans for this weekend? All welcome to Punk for the Homeless gig on Saturday. It begins at 3pm with People’s Kitchen meal at 7pm (Vegan Shepherdess Pie), raising funds for Hope Orphanage.

Following a year of awesome online events we are delighted to welcome P4TH back to Sumac.

Burn’s Night People’s Kitchen

Fair fa’ your honest, sonsie face,
Great Chieftan o’ the Puddin-race!

Vegan Haggis, neeps and tatties PLUS dessert on a PAY WHAT YOU CAN basis.

Proceeds on the night will be donated to Animal Aid, in recognition of the fantastic work they do and for the support they have provided us in organising this year’s Vegan Challenge.

Food will be served from 7pm, so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Following the main course we have a number of short talks as well as music and entertainment.

The Challengers & Mentors from the Leiceser Vegan Challenge will be joining us for this event, so this is lovely opportunity to meet new and existing vegans.
