During Forest Fields Social Club events under 18s must be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible for them whilst on Sumac premises. At other times children under 16 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.

There will also be a talk and a stall by Guilherme Falleiros from (House of The Black Gecko) Casa da Lagartixa Preta “Malagueña Salerosa” in Brazil. This is a centre much like the Sumac centre the talk will be between 7:15pm and 7:45pm.
