The first ever Collective Liberation Camp in Summer 2025!
Think intersectional workshops and trainings, community cooked vegan food and songs by the camp fire.
Why Do We need A Camp?
The aim of our camp is for animal liberationists to connect with other struggles and strengthen solidarity between movements. We want to encourage collaboration, sharing resources and creativity.
Our camp will be an opportunity for us to reimagine how the world could be. We will embody anti-hierarchy, active participation and collective care.
Our shared vision is to be as inclusive as possible, with anti racism, anti ableism and anti-speciesism at the heart of the project.
Nb whilst themed as a ‘camp’ the gathering is to be held at Nottingham’s Sumac Centre with food by Veggies Catering Campaign.
Sumac exists to provides resources and a meeting space for groups and individuals working to promote social justice, environmental awareness, peace, and animal rights.
