During Forest Fields Social Club events under 18s must be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible for them whilst on Sumac premises. At other times children under 16 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.

We are a Time Bank covering all of Nottingham City. Our organisation is run by a committee who meet monthly at Sumac Centre, 5:30pm – 7pm..
Our members come from across Nottingham, including Beeston and Clifton and further if they travel into the city regularly.
Our exchanges, like our membership, are many and varied, and include IT support, clothing repairs and help with gardening, shopping and housework.
We also hold regular social events and workshops and network with other similar organisations in Nottingham.
