During Forest Fields Social Club events under 18s must be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible for them whilst on Sumac premises. At other times children under 16 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.

cancelled: Seattle Thrift Store

Sadly, due to illness, the grand opening of the Seattle Thrift Store, their first ever gig has had to be cancelled.
We are 90’s alternative and grunge covers band formed in lockdown, now is the time to dust off those cobwebs and shake off those nerves.
The Sumac Centre is a volunteer-run social & community space on the edges of New Basford & Forest Fields. 5 mins walk from bus stops on Mansfield Road & 5 mins walk from the tram stops.
The bar money helps to maintain the building and renovate its spaces to make the centre welcoming and accessible to all in our community, and to pay the mortgage.
Sumac exists to provides resources and a meeting space for groups and individuals working to promote social justice, environmental awareness, peace, and animal rights.
